Welcome to Kula Yoga!

What We Do

We are an all-inclusive, woman run, boutique yoga studio in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. We provide yoga classes, workshops, private lessons and retreats for all fitness levels. Kula Yoga specializes in safe, results-oriented instruction with a keen focus on physical alignment and spirituality.

Who It’s For

This is your chance to practice yoga in a safe and supportive environment. All our teachers have years of experience and provide excellent instruction, as well as helpful hands-on adjustments. You want to invest in a holistic fitness regimen that not only makes you feel physically good, but also helps you cultivate more confidence, patience and lasting energy so you can fully ‘show up’ for the people you love. If you’re looking for a loving yoga community that consistently delivers high quality classes, then we’re the studio for you!

Why It’s Special

We offer high intensity (one-of-a-kind) classes like Strength + Yoga and Open Flow Vinyasa for those who want to strengthen and tone. We also have Gentle Flow and Yin classes to help you gain flexibility and relax. Most importantly, we strive to fully embody the word “kula” which means, “community”. Kula is designed to be a sanctuary for you to heal and find your center amongst supportive, like minded yogis.

How It Works

Check out our schedule to find a class time that works for you. Show up 5-10 minutes early to get registered and settled. We’ll take care of you from there!
