Caring For Vata Dosha
Vata constitution is characterized by the elements of air and ether (space). These elements in our body have the ability to move our other elements out of balance. Vata is the highest in the body during the Fall and Winter months when the air is dry and cold.

Explore the ways Vata shows up in your body and learn asana, pranayama, meditation and daily routine to keep Vata dosha in balance.
***NOTE: Please take Intro to Ayurveda before registering for this class. You will need your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, journal and pen. We will do a light practice to illustrate how asana can help pacify Vata dosha.
