About the Instructor

Tracy WakiTracy took her first Bikram yoga class 18 years ago as a way to gain flexibility and add variety to her workouts. She left the class feeling physically challenged yet mentally relaxed and balanced. One class was all it took for her to get hooked on the benefits of yoga. She not only enjoyed the structure that Bikram offered, but loved how open her body felt after class. After a year and a half of practicing Bikram, Tracy ventured out to try other styles of yoga and quickly fell in love with the diversity the practice offered. What started as a purely physical practice soon evolved into something more as Tracy discovered the mind, body, and spirit connection that yoga brought her.

Tracy is a graduate of Radiant Life Yoga Teacher Training and a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified yoga instructor. She teaches Vinyasa with a strong focus on breath and proper alignment, encouraging her students to explore their edge while tuning into the needs of their body. Tracy offers a safe, playful, non-judgmental environment for all students to experience the benefits of yoga.

When not on the mat, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
